1. Eligibility
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items over 50% off are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged. Include photos of the issue.
- We’ll verify the issue, then offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
- We cover return shipping costs only for damaged or incorrect items; otherwise, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges for size or style are allowed if items meet eligibility requirements.
- For online exchanges, you may be issued a store credit or voucher once the original item is received and approved.
4. Return Process
- Email info@offthreadz.com within the return window with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item in its original packaging. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number.
5. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- The refunded amount (excluding shipping, unless the item was defective) is returned to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect.
6. Exceptions
- Final sale items (deep discounts, limited editions) are non-returnable.
- Certain items (e.g., underwear, socks, accessories) may be excluded for hygiene reasons.
- Items visibly worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement and before they are processed.
- After shipping, the standard return/exchange policy applies.
